Only 4 rapidly decaying isotopes of this element have been synthesized so far.

Bob Lazar says he was hired by the United States government to work on a top secret project known as "Project Galileo".  This was purported to be an advanced propulsion research project involving the so called quantum gravity 'B' emitter element 115 - Ununpentium  [115Uup].

Bob explains it's alleged ability to extend it's nuclear strong force beyond it's atomic dimensions, a known violation in quantum mechanics and to the law governing the conservation of energy. He also states that project "looking glass" was a time revisable project purported to be operation at the same time as with project Galileo.

He states that he was sent to a top secret United States military base in Nevada's super-secret Groom Lake facility known as 'Area 51' . Mr.Lazar states that he witnessed, examined, and studied extraterrestrial aircraft along with their flights and there physical understanding.
